The past week has been very very exciting, tiring, stressful, fun and marvelous. It started with an out-of-town trip to bukidnon then to cagayan then to camiguin then back to cagayan and then back to bukidnon then finALLY back home to davao. It was a bit challenging since I know that from what the users of the designed system (my module) commented, I have a busy time ahead of me when I get back. Before the trip, I had some very depressing moments and I didn’t want to make it affect my trip but sadly, it did..

But fortunately, and unexpectedly, an old friend - hmmm no, I think that friend has always been there all along - came up to me and we talked. She told me words of hope and encouragement and somehow, it made the trip better. For the first time in several months - or years - I spent a week without thinking too much, without having to worry about problems and without predicting what will happen next. I just lived one day at a time and with all my friends, I became very happy. We went to all the venues that we can get our hands into in Camiguin and we had a lot of laughs with each of the clicks of the cameras that we brought.

And now that I have returned home, I didn’t know what to expect. But now I know that I am happy. I entered a tournament featuring the newly released Magic:the gathering set Alara Reborn. But man! I was really in the bottom spots. hehe. Then afterwards, I got the chance to play my favorite past time! BASKETBALL!!! yipee! and I played it with people that I didn’t know and I was kind of feeling happy to mingle with other people and meet new friends - but of course, my friend’s kuya was there to make sure I was not going out of place..

The week was really fun and I realized a lot of things.. but i guess i need to sleep early now and so i need to wrap this up already.. Good night.. 

huhu.. How I wish I am in Davao today..

Peter Ang, one of the better mtg players in Davao City, called me a few moments ago asking me about my whereabouts coz the tournament is about to start. But I am several kilometers away from Davao for I am out of town for my job, facing the laptop and programming my self off.. 

Well, it is very hard for me to miss the event, but what I am doing now is of great importance to me and other people. Good luck to all of you who are joining the tournament
